About Fylings
Fylings is an African company-intelligence platform for searching, verifying and monitoring businesses across official company registries.
We turn the public registers that already exist across the continent into clean, free company pages — each with the official source, the date it was last checked, and a confidence signal, so anyone can confirm a business is real before they transact with it.

- Search companies by name or registration number across official African registries.
- Verify that a company is real, registered and active — with its legal name, status, entity type and registry source.
- Screen a company or person against global sanctions and watchlists.
- Monitor companies for changes, and build with the API.
How our data works
Every record is sourced directly from an official registrar or public source and carries its provenance — the source, the last-verified date, and a confidence score. Fylings never fabricates data: where a registrar does not publish a field, we leave it blank rather than guess. Coverage equals the live registry — a search for a company we have not cached queries the official register in real time and caches the result.
