Questions
- What counts as a request?
- One call to any /v1 endpoint, whether it's a search, a company lookup or a verification. Cached repeats of an identical query inside the same month are not recounted.
- What happens when I hit my quota?
- The API returns 429 with a machine-readable quota_exceeded error, so your integration can back off rather than fail silently. Nothing is charged automatically for overage.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
- Where does the data come from?
- Official registries, one source per country, with the source, retrieval date and a confidence score on every field. Coverage and methodology are published in full.
